Blaze
14yr old 15.3 QHx mare. Gorgeous, personable and athletic. An absolute sweetheart, this girl is my main horse. Blaze was predominantly a backyard trail horse until the age of 11, when I began to focus on dressage and jumping with her. She is willing, smart and quickly becomes a favourite of everyone. Blaze is safe enough for beginner lessons but would be a fun ride for an intermediate/experienced rider wanting to explore trails and/or do ringwork. She is hands down, the most popular horse at Follyfoot! ***At this time, Blaze is sadly unavailable while she has diagnostic work to find the source of her mystery mild intermittent lameness***
Viejo
16.1 TB gelding. This handsome fella was my main horse before I decided to focus on Blaze. He is all TB in that when he has a consistent job to do, he excells. I have done lower level eventing and jumpers with him. He's not the most relaxing trail horse in that he can be jiggy on the way home but if you can put up with that, he's good on the actual trails! Ideally, Viejo is suited to someone very experienced with the sensitive nature of Thoroughbreds. With the right rider, he is a fantastic horse and while he just turned 23 he hasn't slowed down a bit in the ten years I have had him. Viejo is suited for a confident sensitive rider wanting to do some jumping, x-ctry or dressage.

Mikey
12hh 6 year old Shetland/Pony of Americas gelding. Mikey is an absolute superstar pony with a heart of gold. Mikey was here on a free lease but one of my students and her family loved him so much that they bought him. Mikey is good on the trails and in the ring and has jumped up to 2'3" with room to go higher. Mikey was also introduced to x-ctry this year and was a champ. This brave and honest pony who loves to be cuddled is available for lessons for intermediates and up.

Maddy
9yr old 15.3hh TB mare. Maddy is one of the sweetest and most talented horses I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Competed up to 3'3" at Thunderbird and Milner Downs and safe enough to pack a 12 year around the 2'6" hunters. I have followed Maddy since she was four and one of my students was lucky enough to call her her own this spring and what a lovely addition to Follyfoot she is. While she is kind enough for beginners, her sensitive nature means she is best suited to more advanced riders.

Lady
12 yr old TB/Appy. Lady was primarily a barrel racer and gymkhana horse before she came to Follyfoot. We have started her jumping and she is proving to be very talented with quite the scope! Like so many of the horses free leased here, Lady ended up being bought by a member of Follyfoot....this time, it was me! Lady was introduced to x-ctry this spring and was a star. She is excellent on trails, easy to be around and is suitable for advanced beginners and up.

Chewy
12 year old 15hh Paint gelding. Chewy is a flashy and very versatile horse with western pleasure training, basic reining skills, team penning experience and is proving to be a great little jumper with that cute front end of his! Chewy loves the beach and trails, is solid and dependable and good for all levels of riders. Chewy was a superstar last summer taking his young riders to shows and another rider took him cross country for his first time where he was a natural! She had so much fun out there with him that she bought him! Chewy continues to be loved by his other riders who still get to share him with his new owner.

Maggie
6 year old 14.1hh WelshxPaint mare. Maggie-kins is a very sweet and an in your pocket kind of pony. She is super solid and safe on the trails, is one heck of a cute jumper and her riders are learning a lot from her. Under saddle, her young cheeky side can sometimes come out but she isn't an intimidating pony. Maggie made her showing debut last summer and like Chewy and Mikey, one of her riders loved her so much that she bought her. Maggie was fantastic first time cross country and is definitely an event pony in the making. Maggie is best suited to advanced beginners and up.

Corona
8yr old Appendix mare. Very sweet and easy to be around. Is showing quite the scope for jumping was a natural her first time cross country and also loves the trails and the beach. A very welcome addition to the Follyfoot herd, Corona is suitable for beginners and up.
Mae

Elmo
13.1hh MorganxWelsh (we think!) Elmo is one of our recent rescue/rehabilitation cases. I was alerted to a pony in serious distress that was in danger of being put down if someone didn't step in. What I found was a severely laminitic pony with abscessing feet that couldn't walk. Proper trimming, appropriate diet and light exercise has helped Elmo on the road to recovery. At the age of 20, Elmo has gaps in his training and while he is a hoot to be around, his mischievious nature under saddle makes him too much for beginner children at this time. Everyone who knows him hopes that he will blossom into a pony that can teach children as he's just too darned cute to be a paddock potato!! At this time, Elmo is available for experienced smaller (max 140lbs) riders to lease for trail riding.
